(TIMS) Ltd. is a fully indigenous health systems project development and management company in Nigeria.

Fully indigenous, TIMS has over 15 years of experience in the healthcare project development and management space, specializing in delivering problem-focused healthcare solutions across both public and private sectors. With a retinue of committed team members whose expertise cuts across core healthcare care expertise, through project management and financing, to healthcare operations and management; and a combined experience of over 100 years, TIMS serves to be a constant catalyst to healthcare value delivery in Africa.

Purpose

TIMS was created to address the critical needs in healthcare project management with an emphasis on effective and efficient service delivery. Originally incorporated under the Companies and Allied Matters Act of 1990 by the Corporate Affairs Commission as Tokiye Prospects Limited in 2006, Tokiye Integrated Medical Services Ltd was later established in 2011 to specifically focus on healthcare projects. In 2021, the company expanded its reach by registering Tokiye Integrated Medical Services LLC in the UK to facilitate international partnerships and enhance its capabilities in sourcing essential products globally.
