Incorporation and Expansion
Originally incorporated under the Companies and Allied Matters Act of 1990 by the Corporate Affairs Commission as Tokiye Prospects Limited in 2006, Tokiye Integrated Medical Services Ltd was later established in 2011 to specifically focus on healthcare projects. In 2021, the company expanded its reach by registering Tokiye Integrated Medical Services LLC in the UK to facilitate international partnerships and enhance its capabilities in sourcing essential products globally.
